May long weekend schedule: Chef Suzette prepares an organic, gluten free, dairy free lemon poached BC salmon with black organic rice and fresh veggies Fri 18 & Sat 19. Back from his UK tour, James Clark Jones performs Saturday 19th at 7 on the patio. Eggs Benny Brunch Sun May 20 11:30- 3:00. We are open all day Monday May 21st from 11:30am for lunch and dinner service .... see you at The Dam Pub!
ABOUT US
My name is Teresa Matamoros and with my son Gabriel, we own and operate Garden Holistics Inc.
I
have been designing and maintaining gard...ens for twenty years and
through my company, Garden Holisitics Inc., I bring a high level of
expertise and love of gardening. I have a B.Sc. Degree from the
University of Toronto and an Ontario Diploma in Horticulture from the
University of Guelph. I am also an I.S.A. (International Society of
Arboriculture) Certified Arborist.
Gabriel
has many years of landscaping experience in Vancouver, Toronto and The Blue Mountains. He is a graduate of the Humber College Horticultural
Apprenticeship program and supervises our lawn and garden maintenance crews.
We would love to bring our expertise to your lawn and garden.
